Upon completion of Inventory of Hazardous Material (IHM), International certificate on Inventory of Hazardous Material (ICIHM) is issued to confirm the compliance with IHM

The ICIHM is subject to initial survey before issuing the certificate and then renewal survey when the certificate is expired

ICIHM is issued valid for 5 years period as maximum, so renewal survey is made at the five years interval

The five years certificate(full term) is not issued directly of courses, but first interim certificate for maximum of 6 months issued by the RO who authorize local surveyors in turn to issue the interim, where the RO head office issues the full term certificate valid for five years
