**Currently Panama only renews and upgrade existing certificates of competencies, no new licenses can be issued

Panama COC renewals prices
- COC renewal for all ranks: 2800 USD
- COC upgrade for all ranks: 7500 USD
** For groups of seafarers, discounts applies
Time required
- Panama certificates of competencies renewal or upgrades takes up 3 months to be issued
Submit the following documents
- Passport copy
- Copy of the seaman book
- Sea service
- Digital photo (passport size)
